I fractured my shoulder in March, so I booked a remedial massage, which was so helpful in my recovery, also she took the time to talk to me re my injury along with useful stretching exercises. I have also had the aromatherapy massage ( my favourite) which is pure bliss and I walk away feeling completely relaxed and super chilled.
